We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. In addition we have a free digital return process to make returns easy and to avoid printing out and sending unnecessary paper. Our product packaging solution is free of plastic. Lastly, as part of our effort to create a circular product cycle, once a year returned jewelry is melted down and repurposed into new jewelry with almost no material waste
Product packaging
Our jewelry is shipped in eco-friendly cotton bags and cardboard boxes, which are both biodegradable and can be recycled after use. With the cotton bags and cardboard boxes we have eliminated the use of plastic in our product packaging. We source our materials from Swedish suppliers to reduce the distance they need to be shipped. By working closely with our suppliers we ensure that we are adhering to sustainability responsible practices. As a result, all our packaging components are eco-stamped and do not cause microplastic pollution
Shipping and Order Confirmation
You will receive the following information via E-mail:
- An order confirmation once your order and payment have been processed and successfully placed
- A shipping confirmation once your order has been crafted, quality controlled, packaged and shipped to your chosen location
Where we Ship
Our goal is to ship all over the world. If we run into any problems trying to send to your destination we will contact you to offer a solution. If you are unhappy with our solution we will provide a full refund.
Delivery Time
Product-specific delivery times can be found on the product pages under “Additional information”. The total delivery times vary depending on the product but can be broken down into a total of three segments. 1) The production of the jewelry – crafting times varies depending on which type of jewelry you are purchasing. 2) Quality control – quality control takes between 1-2 business days. 3) Shipping time – the shipping time is different for orders within Sweden, Europe or Worldwide. Estimated delivery times are listed below:
Production and assemble:
- Essentials: 2 Business Days
- Concepts: 5-7 Business Days
- Necklaces and bracelets: 1 Business Day
Quality control:
- 1-2 Business Days
Shipping:
- Within Sweden: 1-3 Business Days
- Within Europe: 2-5 Business Days
- Worldwide: 10-15 Business Days
Return policy
Our returns are free of charge. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we always offer a 30-day return policy from the day you received your purchase. If you choose to return any product we will give you a full refund of the product after controlling the return. We offer a digital return process to make it as easy as possible for our customers and to not print out and send unnecessary paper. In order to gain access to this right, the following basic requirements must be met.
Return Conditions
- Any product you choose to return must be in the same condition as you received it
- Any product you choose to return must be returned in the original packaging
- You must complete our short return form (here)
How to make a return
- Complete our short return form in order for us to know that we are expecting a return from you and to be able to help you. We will prepare and email you the return shipping label
- Put the product (s) you wish to return back in the cardboard box it (they) was sent to you and seal the package carefully with tape
- Go to your nearest postal agent and mail the envelope. They can help you with printing the shipping label by scanning the QR code included in the return shipping label email we sent you
We will follow up with you as soon as your return arrives and has gone through our control
If you do not possess the packaging we delivered to you, you will need to use similar packaging to ensure no damage is done to the product(s).
