We will match your needs to what is physically possible, help you with sizing and provide a finalized digital representation of your design. Then if you make a purchase decision you will be charged the agreed price

You don’t need to think twice about contacting us. For a custom project to be economically suitable the final demand should be at least 5 pieces, however we can also do one-offs
Your custom rings will be handcrafted in a small village in Småland, Sweden. Your custom rings will be of the highest quality. We only work with precious metals so your jewelry will be naturally durable and made out of 100% recycled material. By keeping all manufacturing in Sweden the shipping distances remain short and the handling efficient
Phase one
At the beginning of a custom project, all you need is an idea for your custom ring. We will take care of everything else. Someone in our Quaade-team will work closely with you to ensure that your vision for the ring is realized. We will start by discussing the design of the ring with you. During this phase, we will consider all your requirements, including the style, materials, and budget for your custom ring
Phase two
Once we have discussed your design requirements, our team will begin creating an early-stage CAD model of your custom ring. We will create a digital representation of the design that will allow you to visualize the final product before making any buying decision. Your Quaade-team representative will also discuss the CAD model with our Swedish manufacturer and if we see any problems with the design we will tell you and suggest a solution
Phase three
After we provide you with the early-stage CAD model, you will have an opportunity to review and request any changes to the design. Once we have a finalized design that matches your vision and is suitable for manufacturing, we will help you with sizing. You then decide whether or not to proceed with the purchase. There are no other costs before this stage or any hidden additional fees afterward
Phase four
Once you have decided to proceed with your order, the manufacturing process will start. We only work with precious metals to ensure that your custom ring is of the highest quality and naturally durable. Your custom ring will be carefully handcrafted in Småland, Sweden. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order and once the manufacturing process is complete, we will deliver your new custom rings to you. We keep an archive of all custom projects so if you ever want an additional ring, or if you lose one, we can provide a new one for the agreed price
