Quality means that all our jewelery is made out of 100% recycled 925 Sterling silver. This precious metal makes our products naturally durable, timeless and recyclable. As part of our effort to create a circular product cycle, returned jewelery is melted down and repurposed into new jewelry with almost no material waste. The endurance of our products is a key factor during development and design. Hence our products are meant to be used and are meant to last

Respect means that we aim to ensure a seamless experience for our customers and strive for their satisfaction with our deals. Any challenges will be addressed to the best of our abilities to build trust and a strong customer relationship. Once a year, we recycle returned products by melting them and using the silver for new jewelry. If a customer has reported a loss of their Quaade jewelry, we take the opportunity to send them a new one free of charge
