What could this mean for you as a customer?
- If you feel like the jewelry you have received is not as well crafted as expected – we will provide you a solution
- If you lose your Quaade jewelry – you can contact us and participate in our “Replacement Program”
- If you believe that the material you have bought does not hold the quality nor the purity we claim – contact us and we will provide you a solution
Replacement Program
Once a year we recycle all of the products returned to us by melting them down and reusing the silver for new jewelry. If you lose your Quaade jewelry, let us know, and we’ll take the opportunity to replace it free of charge when we’re recycling the returned pieces. We rather use the recycled silver to make new jewelry and resend it to you than cash it in ourselves
